We had long suspected, despite Hillary’s claims her private server was secure, that the Chinese or perhaps the Russian government had successfully hacked into Clinton’s emails while she was Secretary of State. And according to a just-released blockbuster report our suspicions have proven to be true.
A company fronting for the Chinese government was tasked with hacking into Hillary’s unprotected email server daily and sending them in real time to the mainland. Meaning every-time Hillary sent or received an email, it was automatically sent to the Chinese government, which included emails received and sent by then-President Obama.
However it gets even worse… the nefarious hacking didn’t take place 10,000 miles away in some remote government building in China, but in a Chinese-owned company operating in Washington, D.C., perhaps only a few miles from the White House.
Remarkably the Chinese hackers broke into Clinton’s private server daily throughout her term as Secretary of State, WITHOUT EVER BEING DETECTED, capturing all of her emails, including those marked “classified” and “top secret.”
According to sources familiar with the case, the hacking was part of an intelligence operation conducted by the Chinese. The firm based in our nation’s capital would capture all of Clinton’s emails in real time as she sent and received communications and documents through her personal server.
By all accounts this would perhaps be the biggest breach to our national security in the history of our country, considering that the president was also indirectly hacked.
The process seemed rather simple, in that the Chinese programmers would write code which was then embedded into the upstate New York server, located at Clinton’s residence. The code would then generate an instant “courtesy copy” for nearly all of Hillary’s emails. Her emails were forwarded to the Chinese company in Washington, D.C. and then to Beijing
The monumental breach was discovered by the Inspector General for the Intelligence Community (ICIG), who immediately warned the FBI of the hacking. However, the FBI sat on it and did nothing.
Investigator Frank Rucker and attorney Janette McMillan, the two officials with the Inspector General for the Intelligence Community (ICIG), met with their counterparts at the FBI and briefed them on the Chinese intrusion.
Rep. Louie Gohmert (R) acknowledged on July 12th during a House Committee on the Judiciary hearing that according to the ICIG findings, virtually all of Clinton’s emails were sent to a “foreign entity.” However, Gohmert said it was unrelated to Russia.
Gohmert also testified that among those FBI officials present, when Rucker and McMillan warned of the Chinese hacking was Peter Strzok who was then the bureau’s top counterintelligence official — who also didn’t take any action on the information provided.
The Texas congressman disclosed at the Judiciary Committee hearing that ICIG officials told three FBI officials, along with Strzok that they found an “anomaly” on Clinton’s server.
“When [the ICIG] did a very deep dive, they found in the actual metadata, the data which is at the header and footer of all the emails, that a copy, a ‘courtesy copy,’ was being sent to a third party and that the third party was a known Chinese public company that was involved in collecting intelligence for China.”
The unnamed intelligence officer continued, “The [the ICIG] believe that there was some level of phishing. But once they got into the server something was embedded,” he said. “The Chinese are notorious for embedding little surprises like this.”
The intelligence officials declined to name the Chinese company.
“We do know the name of the company. There are indications there are other ‘cutouts’ that were involved. I would be in a lot of trouble if I gave you the name.”
What seems apparent after the discovery of the Chinese hacking was that the Obama Administration was trying to cover up their mistakes. Incredibly no one within the Obama Administration or within the Intel community as yet been charged with violating the Espionage Act.
Where is the Attorney General regarding these new revelations?
