A still-developing story may reveal a festering 22-year old grudge was behind the sensational (impossible to confirm) allegations of sexual misconduct by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
The claim of a 35-year old sexual assault charge made by professor Christine Ford Blasey against Kavanaugh may actually have its roots in 1996, rather then in the early 80’s when both Kavanaugh and Ford were teenagers.
Fox News host Laura Ingraham tweeted out on social media that Professor Ford’s parents were defendants in a case presided over by Brett Kavanaugh’s mother.
Judge Martha G. Kavanaugh was the judge in a foreclosure case involving both parents of Professor Ford in Maryland according to unnamed sources.
Ingraham tweeted the story out on Monday without a follow-up. However, if accurate Professor Ford’s recent allegations of sexual misconduct may be some sort of revenge playing itself out. As yet there’s no direct evidence that Judge Martha Kavanaugh’s decision regarding the past foreclosure case had any direct impact on the sexual allegations. Other than to point out, it was certainly an emotional issue at the time, and President Trump’s pick of Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court was perhaps an opportune time to even the score.
Moreover, Professor Ford is a committed far-left progressive, who has donated to anti-trump organizations and is an active part of the “resistance movement.”
Ford claims Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed, while his friend watched and groped her over her clothes and clumsily attempting to pull off her clothing. When she tried to scream, she said, he put his hand over her mouth.
“I thought he might inadvertently kill me. He was trying to attack me and remove my clothing, said the 51-year-old research psychologist in northern California.
And yet Ford (only 15 at the time of the alleged assault) never mentioned the attack to anyone until 2012, almost 35-years later when she was apparently having some material issues, and suddenly like a bolt-of-lightning, Kavanaugh’s image came into focus, as the reason for all of her troubles.
And she began apparently detailing the horrific event claiming that Kavanaugh’s friend and classmate at Georgetown Preparatory School, Mark Judge, was also there and in fact he jumped on top of both of them, sending all three tumbling to the floor. And that’s when she was able to flee.
Her recollections were transcribed exactly as she recalled them in 2012 during a counseling session. However, when the meticulous notes were reviewed, there were some glaring errors, the most obvious, no mention of Kavanaugh by name within the notes
Also, the notes referenced 4-teens, not the actual 2 as she now claims, and the location of the house party where the alleged attack took place, was never established, and perhaps the most important of all Mark Judge claims it never happened.
Which brings us back to Judge Kavanaugh who’s been the subject of 6-FBI investigations regarding his confirmations, and has had over 70-woman testifying under oath regarding his character. Throughout his illustrious career all who’ve come into contact with Judge Kavanaugh overwhelmingly support him, for his intellect, honesty, and integrity.
By contrast, Professor Ford’s students have also gone on record, regarding her professionalism, and temperament.
Former student Christine Blasey evaluated Professor Ford’s teaching and mentoring skills.
“Christine Ford is the worst educator I have ever experienced. Avoid taking her class and avoid any interaction with this person. I feel like she has something wrong with her and I am surprised no one has caught this. Also avoid Fullerton’s MSW program as long as she is there.”
Another student wrote: “Prof. Ford is unprofessional, lacks appropriate filters, and I am honestly scared of her. She’s made comments both in class and in e-mails, if you cross her, you will be on her bad side. I fear to think of the poor clients that had to deal with her while she got her MSW and her LCSW. Absolutely the worst teacher I ever had.”
