Appearing Sunday on CBS’s “Face The Nation,” Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) echoed the words of embattled nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Describing  the Democrats’ actions during the confirmation process as a “search and destroy mission.”

Cotton reminded host John Dickerson the particulars of Kavanaugh’s nomination:

“The very night he was nominated, Chuck Schumer, the Democratic leader, said that he would do everything in his power to stop the nomination. And that’s what happened. For three months, the Democrats have turned the advice and consent process into a search and destroy mission.”

Adding, “These allegations are completely unsupported by any evidence. What evidence there is… all support Judge Kavanaugh’s denial. But the Democrats have disgraced this process and the United States Senate in the orchestrated smear campaign of character assassination they’ve run against Judge Kavanaugh.”

Cotton continued: “Dianne Feinstein could have showed that letter to Chuck Grassley and the two of them, as the leaders of that committee could have shared it with the FBI who could have discreetly conducted this inquiry in July and in August without betraying Miss Ford’s confidences. And they have betrayed her. They pointed her to lawyers who lied to her and did not tell her that the committee staff was willing to go to California to interview her. Those lawyers are going to face a D.C. bar investigation into their misconduct.”

Also making an appearance on Sunday was the fired-up South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham, appearing on Fox News’s Maria Bartiromo show, vowing to get to the bottom of which Democratic staffer recommended attorney Debra Katz to Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, and why that person didn’t tell the committee about the allegation if they believed it was serious enough to warrant a lawyer.

The senator then zeroed in on the second accuser, “Ms. Ramirez said one of the main reasons she came forward, she was urged by Democratic senators to talk, to give an interview. Well, if a Democratic senator believed she had something serious to say, they should have reported it to the committee, so we can investigate it, not to the media, so it would be allegation number two.”

Democrats wanted to keep Republicans in the dark regarding the allegations to give the accusers time to get ”lawyered up” before the big reveal — naturally, after the hearings officially concluded.

Graham also vowed to find out and punish the person who leaked the anonymous letter sent to Sen. Cory Gardner detailing a fourth unsubstantiated allegation against the beleaguered Kavanaugh.

The South Carolina lawmaker also has misgivings in allowing the FBI (with its anti-Trump history) the responsibility to conduct a timely investigation, as a condition for Senator Flake’s support of Judge Kavanaugh.

The White House was grateful for the impassioned defense of Kavanaugh by an angry Senator Graham, witnessing the brutal mistreatment of the conservative judge, by an unhinged mob of Democratic lawmakers, who lost all sense of decency, in their unbridled attack.

“If I had done what Democrats had done if I had recommended a conservative activist lawyer against a Democratic male nominee, an accuser who came forward in South Carolina, and I hid it, and I didn’t tell the committee about it, I would be destroyed,” he said.

“The double standard here is unacceptable,” he added. “And we’re finally going to do something about it.”

Let’s hope so.

I have prayed every day for Bret Kavanaugh and even in the middle of the nightwhen I awoke. I believe him but my prayer was/is if he’s guilty then let that be known but if he’s not the ones accusing him need to pay for damaging his reputation , destroying him and hurting his family to include very innocent children. As for his demeanor of being defensive and angry, you can’t say his temperament is unsuitable….this was PERSONAL. I would have been more concerned if he remained calm. He was fighting for his good name and for his family. What would they say if he remained without emotion? Probably that it proved he was guilty

    Go get ‘em Senator Graham!!!

There was not one single tear that came out of her eye! She couldn’t remember anything except swearing she knows it was Judge Kavanaugh who molested her!

Look in the direction of George Soros as the man behind all of this conspiracy to destroy anything to do with the Donald Trump presidency. Soros should be behind bars. Looks like money and evilness gets you everything in the American governmental system.

Well, they have less than 4 weeks to find that answer. If they don’t expose the
Democratic fraud by then, they won’t have a leg to stand on after the election.

Feinstein should be charged with obstruction of justice and tried like Hillary Clinton should have been for her illegal email server and for deleting 33,000 emails against a federal subpoena order!

Do they not know that their lies have been exposed and there is no turning back. They need to repent and ask for forgiveness because there is a GOD who knows the truth from beginning to the end. We the people can see right through them and we stand on the WORD of GOD. This was the GOD candidate for the Supreme Court Justice and the Democrats need to accept it. The end of this chaos it is over with. It’s a shame to waste all this time , Brett is a good person and deserves this appointment because he has good character and wants to keep this country on the right side because he is the man GOD has appointed for the job. GOD BLESS HIM!!!
