Jussie Smollett Free Thanks to Obama Connection

The stunning climax to the Jussie Smollett hoax caught the city of Chicago by surprise — even the mayor and former White House Chief of Staff within the Obama Administration Rahm Emanuel.

The rumors of an Obama connection began weeks after Smollett’s much-publicized “hate crime,” when investigators through hard old fashion police work began to realize that perhaps the alleged victim may in fact actually be the perpetrator.

Investigators painstakingly pieced together a mountain of evidence. Including the two individuals paid by Smollett for staging the attack that finally led them to conclude that Smollett himself had deliberately created the elaborate hoax to villainize Trump supporters.

The apparent fix had been contemplated after police disclosed that Smollett himself had become “a person of interest,” which apparently prompted a series of emails from both Smollett’s relatives and an Obama operative to Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx, pressuring the State Attorney to persuade the “by-the-book” Police Supt. Eddie Johnson to relinquish jurisdiction over to the FBI.

The influential Obama crony contacted Foxx personally by email on behalf of the “Empire” actor’s family, suggesting it would be better if the Chicago police would step aside.

The conduit to the Obama connection is a Chicago attorney and former chief of staff for former First Lady Michelle Obama, named Tina Tchen, who sent an email directly to Foxx regarding the Smollett case.

“I wanted to give you a call on behalf of Jussie Smollett and family who I know. They have concerns about the investigation,” Tchen wrote in a text sent before 5 a.m., seeking to set up a call with Foxx before Tchen left on an 8 a.m. flight to New York.

Public records obtained by the Chicago Sun-Times confirms the February 1st text by Tehen, later that day a relative of Smollett sent Foxx another text, which eventually led to Foxx recusing herself from the case.

However not before Foxx attempted to pressure Police Superintendent Johnson to drop the investigation, and emailing Tchen stating, “Spoke to Superintendent Johnson. I convinced him to reach out to the FBI to ask that they take over the investigation. He is reaching out now and will get to me shortly.”

Tchen currently heads the Chicago branch of Buckley LLC and began practicing law in 1983, after graduating from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law.

The Chicago resident worked as the director of the Office of Public Engagement and later as Michelle Obama’s chief of staff. Her apparent direct involvement in the Smollett case has raised more than a few eyebrows within the “Windy City” regarding her overt attempt in influencing the State’s Attorney, from first recusing herself in the pending case, and then somehow having all 16 felony charges dropped against Smollett, worst yet sealing all court documents along with any hope of transparency.

The astonishing decision by prosecutors on Tuesday to abruptly drop all charges against the “Empire” actor accused of fabricating a racist, anti-gay attack on himself outraged both Police Superintendent Johnson along with Mayor Emanuel, who called a hastily assembled press conference to try and explain what had occurred and to also vent their displeasure towards prosecutors.

Emanuel visibly angry and frequently pointing his finger at the cameras branded what had just occurred a “whitewash of justice,” adding “Mr. Smollett is still saying that he is innocent, still running down the Chicago Police department. How dare him. How dare him. After everybody saw and I want to remind you, this is not the Superintendent’s word against his, a grand jury, a sliver of the evidence, and they concluded, as did the State’s Attorney’s office.”

A solemn Johnson then weighted saying, “If he wanted to clear his name the way to do that was in a court of law so that everyone could see the evidence.”

However, the wider issue isn’t a self-aggrandized “b-actor” beating the system but rather the obvious two-tier justice system that seems to be prevalent within our society. When well-connected individuals like Jussie Smollett and Hillary Clinton brazenly commit felonious and criminal acts and get away with it, ordinary individuals soon realize the phrase “equal justice under the law” is nothing more than propaganda devised by those within the privileged class.

Not surprising. The obamanation and his “prodigy” are both gay and both hate the American system. You can bet your last dollar that the hoax was, in some way, perpetrated by the obamanation and others in his “shadow government”. The dead giveaway is how amateurishly it was done. The case was dropped because the investigation evidence pointed right at a “somebody” in the obamanation inner circle.

None of the charges rated above a class 4 felony for which the accused would have served no time if convicted. All of the whipping up of this story day by day by the media keeps the story alive, but when each day is done you still have the same thing nothing. There are more serious news items than that of a man alleged to have paid men to attack him to motivate his being paid more as an actor…..which is ludicrous….If the authorities consider any person guilty of committing a crime they arrest prosecute such person. They arrested and began to prosecute the accused then it was deemed that the case was not worth pursuing, dropping all 16 charges. The media is continuing to beat a dead horse bringing the former POTUS in the mix, equating this case with that of Hillary Clinton.

This country is unbelievable …he needs help for his mental illness. No normal person does what he did. No normal person think staging that would be a benefit to his career . He belongs in jail and why wasn’t he fired from Empire.
Even Dr. Phil would send him away to have his head examined. I’m so disgusted with the system in this country to allow him to get away with it, with all the evidence right there.

Well done. The question that this Obama intervention brings to mind is whether the actor was paid or prompted by the Obama cronies to embarrass Trump. After the mueller report anything is possible.

Let’s fire all of them in two years time.

Why in the world would the Obamas support, help dismiss charges! No way in hell would they get involved with this or any other self centered, spoiled actor; who thinks more of himself than he should. Sorry but this sounds like some political rant. An attack on Hilary & the Obamas. People are not this stupid not to see thru these statements. Wow!

This kind of stuff goes on every day. GET OVER IT! I personally don’t believe it; but if it is true, I don’t know what The Donald is blowing so much smoke for. He is the king of scandal, I don’t see too people losing their minds, or a night’s sleep over it. We don’t know what happened, and we probably will never know! People from all walks of life seem to have no morals; nevertheless, are quick to jump to conclusions. Why can’t we just live and let live? Not one of us is perfect. There will come a day when each of us will be judged for the things we did, and the things we neglected to do. Let’s just try to get it right before that great day.
