Last week, American entrepreneur and political activist Michael Coudrey broadcast documents from his Twitter account that prove large sums of money flowed through a gas company slush fund in Ukraine to several top Democrats and their families.
Devon Archer, an American businessman who sat on the board of Ukrainian-based private oil gas company Burisma Holdings Ltd, former Chair of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and former Secretary of State John Kerry, John Kerry Jr. (his son), Chris Heinz (Kerry’s stepson and son of the late Pennsylvania Senator John Heinz), and Hunter Biden (son of former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and 2020 presidential hopeful), all operated the money-funneling fund:
“Leaked documents from the Ukrainian General Prosecutor’s office indicate complex money transfers from foreign sources into the control of a ‘slush fund’ owned and operated by Devon Archer, John Kerry Senior, John Kerry Junior, Heinz Jr, and Hunter Biden.”
Burisma Holdings has operated in the Ukrainian natural gas market since 2002 and is one of the largest private natural gas producers in Ukraine.
A document uploaded by Coudrey from the Department of Financial Monitoring (Counter-intelligence) of Latvia detailed large money transfers from Busima Holdings Limited in Cyprus which is open at AS PrivatBank in Latvia. Alan Apter (Chair of the Board of Directors of Busima), Alexander Kwasniewski (former president of Poland), Devon Archer (former senior adviser to the John Kerry 2004 presidential campaign), and Hunter Biden were named as recipients of part of these sums:
$14,655,982 and $366,015 EUR from “Wirelogic Technology AS” and
$1,964,375 from “Digitex Organization LLP”
Coudrey’s whistleblower tweet continued by implicating Big Banker Morgan Stanley in the shady multi-million dollar deal:
“BURISMA HOLDINGS LIMITED, during a period from November 18th, 2014 to November 16th, 2015 transacted 45 money transfers through MORGAN STANLEY SMITH BARNEY LLC in the sum of $3.5M dollars. The recipient of the money transfer is Rosemont Seneca Bohai LLC.”
Subsequent Coudrey tweets provided information about the fund’s transfer recipient:
“Rosemont Seneca Bohai LLC is owned and operated by Devon Archer, the Kerry Family including John Kerry Senior, John Kerry Junior, Heinz Jr, and Hunter Biden. All of whom are also listed as partners in the Rosemont Seneca Fund and other affiliated Rosemont Seneca companies.”
The political activist and reporter said that leaked transaction and bank record showed “an influx of large payments from Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings Limited to Rosemont Seneca Bohai LLC, in what appears to be monthly payments of $83,333.33.”
Then, Coudrey asked why a foreign company under investigation for corruption by the Ukrainian Office of the General Prosecutor would suddenly retain & solicit high-profile U.S. citizens with government affiliations and pay them so handsomely?
Answering his own question, he posted an embedded video of Joe Biden at the Council on Foreign Relations in September 2019. During a press conference, Biden spoke candidly, saying that he had visited Ukraine 12 or 13 times previously to negotiate a $1 billion aid package.
During this visit, he was “supposed to announce that were was another $1 billion loan guarantee” after getting commitments from Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenuk that they would take action against the State Prosecutor investigating Biden’s son Hunter.
After the press conference, as they were walking out, the Ukrainian leaders told Biden Sr. that they weren’t going to honor their agreement to call off the inquiry into Hunter Biden’s financial dealings in Ukraine. Biden said a call to the U.S. President would confirm his retaliatory promise that:
“I said, ‘I’m telling you, you’re not getting a billion dollars.’ I said, ‘You’re not getting a billion.'”
Biden warned he would be leaving six hours later. By that time:
“If the Prosecutor’s not fired, you’re not getting the money.”
Then, the predictable happened, according to Biden:
“Well, son-of-a-bitch [laughter from the audience while Biden waited], he got fired.”
Biden said the Ukrainian government replaced the forcibly-outed Prosecutor with “someone who was solid at the time.”
Coudrey’s take on the matter is rather different:
“Soon after high profile, US persons were paid off, including the son of US politician and Vice President Joe Biden, the corruption probe into Burisma and Hunter Biden was shut down under threat from the US administration withholding $1B in aid.”
Coudrey ended his series of tweets by providing a link to Rosemont Seneca Bohai’s bank records “listing dozens of payments from Burisma” for anyone to review and offered his opinion about the hushed-up affair:
“Furthermore, it has been determined that after significant payments were made to the firm partly owned by Hunter Biden, Joe Biden while the Vice President operated in an official capacity to change US Foreign Policy to help enrich and protect his son, Hunter Biden.”
These leaked documents from Ukraine raise questions about the Democrat’s leadership under former President Barack Obama.
